About
"Inviting quiet contemplation, my landscape paintings present a space for reflection.
Often depicting the last light of the day they offer a sense of belonging and protection. They affirm our place in an otherwise complicated world."

Born in Hastings in 1978, Verity spent her childhood in Bedfordshire and Devon and just recently made the Scottish Borders her home. She completed her degree in Fine Art at Bath Spa University in 2000.
When the weather allows, Verity prefers to work outdoors drawing and painting directly from the scene in front of her. Oil paints are her preferred medium but acrylic paint, watercolours, drawing and monoprinting and relief printing are all represented in her recent output.
Her paintings have sold internationally and are now finding their way into museum collections.
